With a remarkable journey that began in Corrections, Joe discovered his true passion in Forensics, where he currently shines as a Crime Scene Investigator and Instructor at the prestigious Tampa Police Department.

As an Adjunct Instructor for Advanced Police Concepts and esteemed police academies in Tampa and Gainesville, FL, Joe imparts his wealth of knowledge to aspiring law enforcement professionals. His expertise spans the spectrum of criminal investigations, from property crimes to homicides, showcasing his unparalleled experience in all things crime scene related.

Joe's commitment to excellence extends beyond his daily duties. He is an active member of prestigious professional organizations, including the Florida Division of the International Association for Identification and the Southeastern Homicide Investigators Association. Notably, Joe has earned recognition as a Subject Matter Expert with the Florida Criminal Justice and Standards Commission (CJSTC) in crucial fields such as Criminal Investigations, Crimes against Children, Injury/Death Investigations, and Sex Crimes.
