Leadership and Supervision: Taking it to the Next Level

The Leadership & Supervision: Taking it to the Next Level course is a two-day program designed for any level of leadership in your organization.

Front-line leaders are introduced to, and mid/upper-level managers are reminded of, the fundamental basics of supervision, time management, accountability, project management, and leadership concepts and theories essential for effectively leading any organization, with emphasis on law enforcement.

This course examines how organizational culture and leadership styles affect employee morale, motivation, and effectiveness. It highlights the benefits of creating a culture absent of fear, where employees feel safe, supported, and empowered to excel—building capable teams, producing future leaders, and strengthening trust between management and staff.

Students will explore how leadership styles can either positively or negatively impact team morale, performance, and retention. Eight key areas affecting morale will be reviewed, equipping leaders with tools to foster high-performing, motivated teams.

Additionally, the course emphasizes the significance of building relationships to achieve organizational goals. Leaders must be able to establish trust and collaboration, which are the foundation of effective teamwork and organizational success.

Join us for two days of practical instruction and leave with sharpened leadership skills, new strategies, and a renewed ability to take your supervision to the next level.
