Moreover, Jon is recognized nationally for his contributions to law enforcement and private security training, where he shares contemporary best practices with others. His steadfast commitment to professionalism and excellence has earned him esteemed accolades, including the Crime Line Top Cop award in Virginia and The United States Department of Justice's Fifth Annual Attorney General's Award for Distinguished Service in Community Policing.
