Having graduated from Old Dominion University, Jon dedicated two decades to serving in diverse law enforcement capacities, addressing a wide spectrum of cases. Beyond his distinguished law enforcement career, Jon channels his extensive expertise into the realm of private investigations.

Moreover, Jon is recognized nationally for his contributions to law enforcement and private security training, where he shares contemporary best practices with others. His steadfast commitment to professionalism and excellence has earned him esteemed accolades, including numerous Police Commendation Awards, the Crime Line Top Cop Award in Virginia, and The United States Department of Justice's Fifth Annual Attorney General's Award for Distinguished Service in Community Policing.
